Format your mobile phone

To all Nokia Symbian 6.0 above mobile phone user. Although this is NOT a new technique, but it really help a lot. At lease save your money. If you encounter virus attack or phone display 'Nokia' word and restart again, there is a way to re-format your phone without sending them to shop(cost you about RM 30 - 40)
I give you some examples:-
For Nokia 6600, 6670, 7610, 3230, N series

Press 'Call'(Green), '3', '*' and On/Off button concurrently
Phone will display 'Nokia' and after a while (3 secs) 'Formatting' word will show
Release all the button
Wait until the phone start up to Main screen
Don't forget to scan your memory card also!

Please take note #

This will reset your phone back to original setting, all your data will be erased, including Contacts, Messages and etc.
This technique same like using *#7370# (master reset) - but *#7370# will not removed Viruses.

How to know if your phone is attacked by virus ?

Your phone keep on sending message (outbox is full of messages queuing although you are not sending any thing)
Showing Com Warrior logo on top screen
GPRS is running or active all the times
Phone keep on restart and restart from time to time
If your phone got FileMan app(its look like explorer). Go into this program, goto C:. Under each directory, search for some weird .exe or .sis file. 90% of this files are viruses. Although you can delete from FileMan but the virus will show again(its hide in the phone RAM)

Lately, when review some new mobile phone magazine, came across new mobile phone platform - Android. Phone manufacturers like HTC, Motorola, Samsung and Sony Ericsson had come out theirs latest model of mobile phone which using Android platform. I believed most of us are still new to Android, but it had attract my attention.

Android fundamentally is running under Linux and most of the Android Apps is built from JAVA. The beautiful things about Android is, we can build Android Apps and run the app parallel with existing default system(or extend it from existing apps). For example: You can modified the current Contact view to your own view.

For those who are interesting in developing Android Apps, you can visit Android website to download the SDK, IDE(Eclipse) and ADT(Android Development Tool) plugin for Eclipse.

Anybody make money by blogging with blogspot?

I need the honest answer from you. YES, you, the one who blog on blogspot. Do you make handsome money from blogspot?

I just start blogging on blogspot, I'm still very new in this field. Do you really can get lots of visitors daily(I mean over 1000 unique visitors / day). I have another personal blog(own hosting) which is mainly about foods and travel, and after blogging for a year, my visitors count is around 100-150 daily. And I'm running AdSense only in that blog. Consider with that amount of visitors, I'm not making any good money.

Base on my rough calculation, if you get less than 1000 visitors daily, you can't make enough money for living(if you are a full time blogger). What is your suggestion ?

Nokia Symbian s60 phone - Format phone procedure

If you are still using Nokia older version Symbian s60 phone like N70, 6670, 7610, 3230, 6600. And you are facing virus problem or phone system is not stable, auto on/off. You can try my way to format the phone back to original setting (NOT using code).

Follow below instruction :-

Power off your phone
Press Power on, Send(Green), 3, * button concurrently until you see the Nokia word occur(DON'T release yet)
When you see the 'Formatting' word showing, release all the button

Why use such difficult method ? OK, if you use *#7370# or *#7780# to restore, although the phone will be restore to original setting but the virus won't removed, it still inside the phone memory. Use the method above to restore your phone and use anti-virus to clear your memory card from computer. It will save some money(No Need send to hand phone shop).

I had try on Nokia N95 as well. It works perfect also. Next time try it yourself(Before you format your phone please back up all necessary data first, like contact no, message)

There are thousand of blogs 'emerge' every day. What I'm interesting in is how much does these blogger earn daily ? No matter what income source they come from(AdSense, Affiliate program, Ad Space sales, Chitika, etc.)

I had been blogging for a year, I earn NOT more than US 50/year. Is consider very very low(I only join AdSense). So how about yours?

I came across *Kindle* word few months ago and didn't pay any attention about it. Currently, this *Kindle* keep on showing on others people blog's advertisement and it got my attention again. So I google it and found the definition and explation from Wiki. At first, I'm attracted by it features, but when I read through others people testimonials and comments, it just turn me down. Kindle is very restricted when OUTSIDE of U.S. See the Cons here(http://www.michaelyung.com/)

So, do you really think Kindle is suitable for you ?

Nokia 5300 - Cost of Broken and Repair LCD

I think many people having LCD broken problem. It cost them so much to send it back to repair shop. What I want to say here is, repairing LCD can be cheap as well. For example Nokia 5300 XM LCD only cost you about RM60-RM80(USD 18-25). Yeah, no bluffing!, just buy the brand new LCD from repair shop and fixed it your-self. Is easy to open the front cover(Nokia 5300 XM) and un-screwed it and replaced the broken LCD with the new one. Just like that.
